So here we are exactly two weeks before Thanksgiving day starts.
There are so many things to do:
♡ meal prep
♡ outfit shop
♡ clean house
♡ work on that hairstyle
♡ and not stress out!
I'll just say it, plus political debates around the Thanksgiving table coming up are not fun. Personally I just stay out of those debates for my mental health.
I suggest to just focus on the positive as hard as it is!
Make a gratitude list: List things you feel grateful about, big and/or small.
This will help diminish stress which in turn will help keep your hair from falling out from stress related hair loss!
I have seen stress related hair loss in clients and its a real fluctuation of hair loss everytime they are stressed.
Thinking about the positive in life truly helps!
