Hi, friends this healthy pumpkin bread recipe is so yummy!
It also helps with hair growth due to the important nutrients in it's ingredients!
It's important to eat healthy for hair growth yet like everyone else I get tempted just like you probably do at the check out lanes too. With all of those candy bars staring at me as I wait in line at the grocery store, it's definitely not fun if you are trying to avoid them like me.
I literally have to remind myself that I will bake my own treats at home or that I already have made them and they are waiting for me later at the house.
They are just as yummy and better for me.
Here are one of those treats that I enjoy that I just had to share with you below:
Cinnamon and dark chocolate chips aren't pictured sorry about that! Honest mistake! Opps! But The Recipe is awesome, promise!Ingredients needed:

First preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Put all ingredients except for chocolate chips into the blender and blend on high until smooth. Easy!

A vitamix blender works best for this but I have my trusty oster which did the trick! But I really recommend a high powered blender to make this fast recipe even quicker.

Lightly coat your loaf pan with the oil of your choice.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and add the healthy pumpkin bread recipe batter to your loaf pan.
You can even add dark chocolate chips to garnish on the top for looks, I forgot!

I placed my pan on top of a cookie sheet, in the oven and baked it for 1 hr and 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool completely.
You can store this yummy chocolate chip pumpkin bread in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days and / or freeze for up to 3 months!
As for the taste test! My loved ones said they loved the consistency of the bread because it was soft and moist on the inside and crispy on the out side! So the corner pieces went fast!
The scent was amazing! The whole house smelled like delicious chocolate chip pumpkin bread everyone said!
Bath and body works candles can't compete with this smell!
It wasn't too sweet, yet still delicious!!
It would pair well with coffee or hot chocolate with whipped cream on top!
