  3. Do not freeze yogurt for your smoothie recipes. Yogurt has live cultures that will not survive and will die. Plain yogurt is a great probiotic and helps promote healthy hair growth.

Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie:

1 cup of blueberries

1 cup of baby green spinach

1/3 cup of plain yogurt

3/4 cup filtered water

4 pitted dates

2 tbsp. shredded coconut

1 banana

1 cup of almond milk

optional: 1/2 cup of ice (if you want smoothie chilled) 



Caribbean Beach Smoothie: 

1/4 Caribbean papaya

5 strawberries

1 cup of baby green spinach

1 banana
